If you are into motorcycles and have always fancied buying a Japanese superbike, two names must have always crossed your mind - Honda and Yamaha. In fact, in a recent trend, a lot of international media outlets have posted that Honda is able to sell bigger bikes, because Indians buy over a million Honda two-wheelers annually. But that's not where the charm lies for enthusiasts. The company has been keeping away from the CBR nameplate in its smaller iterations from the Indian audience, whereas its key rivals manage to rule the segment with the Yamaha R15. Yes, we are addressing the absence of the Honda CBR150R. What irks us more is the recent launch of the 2026 Honda CBR150R in Malaysia, as it gets a slew of updates.

2026 Honda CBR250R Malaysia Launch: Changes
The updated motorcycle just gets a new colour option - Stealth Black Edition. It puts to use a matte black shade and orange colour for a dual-tone paint scheme. Except for this, everything else on the motorcycle remains unchanged.

2026 Honda CBR150R Price
In Malaysia, the 2026 Honda CBR150R is priced at Rs 13,399 Malaysian Ringgit, which comes down to Rs 3.14 lakh. Should Honda Bring CBR150R To India?
Of course, the Honda CBR150R should come to India to offer some competition to the Yamaha R15, which currently rules the roost without any proper competitor in existence. Also, it could inject more volume in the segment and invite more offerings too.
