"My philosophy: जो भी करो, पूरे दिल से करो..." पहाड़ी नहीं, लेकिन दिल पहाड़ों में बसता है. घूमने-फिरने, प्रकृति के क़रीब रहने, म्यूज़िक और फ़ोटोग्राफ़ी की शौक़ीन. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया में क़रीब दो दशक का अनुभव. पत्रकारिता में आने से पहले DU से पॉलिटिकल साइंस में MA और फिर जामिया के मास कम्युनिकेशन रिसर्च सेंटर (MCRC) से डेवलेपमेंट कम्युनिकेशन की पढ़ाई. इस दौरान डॉक्यूमेंट्री 'तलाश' बनाने का मौका मिला, जो सराही गई. FTII, पुणे से स्मार्टफ़ोन जनर्लिज़्म की विधा सीखी. राजनीतिक, सामाजिक, पर्यावरण, स्वास्थ्य आदि लगभग सभी विषयों पर शो किए. थोड़ा ठहरकर सोचने, समझने और सवाल करने की आदत से मजबूर.
