As the IndiGo crisis entered day six, hundreds of suitcases were seen lined up at Terminal 1 of Delhi airport this morning. The Ministry of Civil Aviation on Saturday directed IndiGo to trace and deliver the baggage separated from passengers due to cancellations or delays within the next 48 hours. While many managed to reach their destinations, their luggage - which had clothes, documents and medicines - did not, making the entire episode even more frustrating.
