Dehradun:
Uttarakhand Chief Minister B C Khanduri was among 110 candidates who filed their nominations on Monday for the upcoming Assembly election in the state.
Mr Khanduri walked more than three kilometres to reach Pauri District Magistrate's office to file his papers as BJP candidate from Kotdwara constituency.
The road was blocked due to snowing in the area and the Chief Minister had to walk to the Election Office.
