Erode:
Election Commission has appointed six election observers for the district for the April 13 Tamil Nadu assembly polls.
District collector Soundiah said Vivek Pradhap Singh would be the election observer for Erode East and Erode West assembly constituencies while Jaya for Modakurichi and Perundurai constituencies.
T K Deshmukh would be the observer for Bhavani and Anthiyur constituencies and H S Malik for Gobichettipalayam and Bhavanisagar (SC) constituencies, Soundiah said.
A Anand A Khakho and Kalyan Rath would be election expenditure observers.
