The debate over Right to Reject all candidates in a constituency is back in focus once again as the Election Commission says that's an idea worth considering. Speaking on NDTV's Your Call, Chief Election Commissioner SY Quraishi, for the first time, has said the time has now come for considering Anna Hazare's proposal. Mr Quraishi says this is because the Election Commission hasn't been able to control money power of political parties.
