For the people of Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh, it's a battle they are losing every day as the dreaded Japanese Encephalitis returns to haunt them every year since the last three decades. With over 400 children having already succumbed to this lethal disease this year, little has been done on the ground to contain this menace.
