Kirti Azad's Sharp Response To Claims Of 19 MPs Backing Rebel Camp
Amid growing speculation of a split within the Trinamool Congress, senior TMC leader and MP Kirti Azad has dismissed claims of a rebellion, calling the alleged breakaway lawmakers "traitors" rather than rebels.
Speaking exclusively to NDTV, Kirti Azad accused the BJP of attempting to engineer a split in the party and questioned the credibility of reports suggesting that a large group of TMC MPs could stake claim to the original party before the Election Commission.
