New Delhi:
The Indian boxers who went for the season ending President's Cup in Azerbaijan arrived back home on Sunday morning.
The centre of attraction was Suranjoy Singh, who won a gold in the 51 kg event at the tournament, the first Indian to win a gold at the Inter-Continental tournament where the boxers were representing Asia.
The 22-year-old Manipuri was also adjudged the best boxer of the tournament. 4 Indian boxers in all were invited for the tournament.
Dinesh and Vijender pulled out because of injuries, Nanao Singh lost and Suranjoy went onto win a gold.
