Ahmedabad:
A day after forensic reports gave a clean chit to the two BJP MLAs accused of watching porn in the assembly, the Congress have released another video of BJP MLA Jetha Bharwad watching images of models on his iPad.
The new video released by Gujarat Congress President Arjun Modhvadia suggests that Bharwad was indeed watching the images on his iPad.
The Congress is questioning the credibility of the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) that gave a clean chit to the two BJP legislators accused.
The Congress has also raised doubts over the authenticity of the iPad given to the FSL for scrutiny.
On March 20, a journalist with a local newspaper, Gujarat Samachar, had captured pictures of two BJP MLAs looking at obscene photos in the state Assembly.
He then filed a complaint with Gujarat Assembly Speaker Ganpat Vasava who ordered an investigation by a special empowered committee of the Gujarat Assembly.
The Congress had lashed out at the BJP then saying it exposed "the real face of the Narendra Modi government
