Erode:
A three-day-old female child was found abandoned under the Pungambady railway bridge in the district, police said.
The child, wrapped in a cloth, was noticed around noon on Friday by passersby who informed 108 Emergency Response Service.
The child is being treated at Perundurai government hospital.
