French President Francois Hollande urged ministers gathered in Paris today for UN climate talks, to take the "decisive" step in adopting what he termed an "historic" pact to rein in global warming.
"You have to take the final step, the decisive step which allows us to reach the goal," he told ministers and delegates gathered to receive the final draft of the agreement to be reviewed, and hopefully approved later today. "This will be the first universal accord in the history of climate negotiations."
