India's foreign policy Modi-fied?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to accept Barack Obama's invitation to Washington in September this year. For the US an invitation to a summit-level meeting in Washington during UN month, is a break from traditional protocol, and a sign of Washington's eagerness to smoothen ties with India's new Prime Minister. The question is whether Prime Minister Narendra Modi will manage to revive currently stagnating India-US ties. We discuss on The Buck Stops Here.
