PM Modi In Gujarat | Big Farmers' Pitch In Gujarat: '₹50 Lakh Crore' Benefits, Attack On Opposition
Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a massive Khatla Sabha in Gujarat's Banaskantha, highlighting his government's farmer welfare initiatives. Claiming that farmers received benefits or savings worth over ₹50 lakh crore through five major initiatives, Modi cited PM-KISAN, fertiliser subsidies, MSP procurement, crop insurance and solar pumps. He released the 24th PM-KISAN instalment worth approximately ₹19,000 crore. Modi also criticised the Opposition over alleged rumours of fertiliser shortages amid the West Asia conflict and spoke about his 25 years in public service.
