The investigation into the death of Twisha Sharma has intensified, with the Central Bureau of Investigation officially taking over the case from the Special Investigation Team (SIT). Twisha's husband, Samarth Singh, was questioned for over three hours by the SIT, which claims he may have been misleading investigators during interrogation. Officials have also seized his laptop, mobile phone and passport as part of the probe. Police had earlier recreated the crime scene at the couple's residence in Bhopal after Samar Singh was arrested by Jabalpur police following days on the run. Investigators are now awaiting the postmortem report, which will be submitted directly to the CBI as the agency begins a fresh investigation into the high-profile case.
