Sheetal Devi, World's First Armless Archer Shares Her Inspiration

Sheetal Devi, world's first armless archer gave the credits of her win to her parents, trainers and her coach, Preeti, who had introduced her to the world of sports. Talking about the misconception people had about her, Ms Devi said that people couldn't believe she could participate in any sporting activity, and she lived with the same thought process. "I used to feel demotivated every day. But my coach, Preeti, has played a huge role in getting me here," Ms Devi said. The 16-year-old made headlines across the world by winning three medals - two gold and one silver in the Asian Para Games 2023, held in Hangzhou in China.
