Delhi Police has detained around 30 to 40 people with criminal records across all 15 districts of the national capital as part of preventive measures ahead of the CJP's proposed protest at Jantar Mantar. Police sources said surveillance has been intensified, including outside the residences of individuals suspected of mobilising people for the demonstration. Security arrangements have been tightened across Delhi to maintain law and order as authorities prepare for the planned protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
