In this segment of the latest episode of The Property Show, Arun Thukral, MD, CIBIL, says that while loan growth in tier-I cities may plateaued, tier-II and tier-III cities are seeing a lot of investment in infrastructure, which is pushing the overall growth in the home segment. This was also evident from HDFC's recent quarterly results, in which the company posted a 19 per cent jump in profit.
