Sarbananda Sonowal In Assam For Jan Ashirwad Yatra

The BJP's three-day Ashirwad Yatra in Assam started off today with the arrival of Union minister and former CM Sarbananda Sonowal at Guwahati. Over the next three days, he will be travelling about 500 km, covering the districts of Morigaon, Nagaon, Jorhat and Dibrugarh as part of the yatra. This is Mr Sonowal's first visit to Assam after becoming Union minister in the recent reshuffle. The yatra started from Guwahati airport today. NDTV's Ratnadip Choudhury was at the airport and has sent this report a short while back.
