"Punish Them, Don't Hang Them": Suvendu Adhikari Aide's Mother
The mother of Chandranath Rath, the slain aide of BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari, spoke to NDTV in an emotional interview, seeking justice for her son's killing. While demanding strict punishment for those responsible, she said she does not want the accused to be hanged, saying "I am also a mother." Instead, she called for life imprisonment for the perpetrators. Holding the All India Trinamool Congress responsible for her son's death, she urged authorities to ensure justice is delivered.
