The Indian judicial system is facing tough time as the Chief Justice of India, K G Balakrishna, has recommended the removal of a Calcutta High Court judge for misappropriation of funds. In his letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the CJI wants PM to initiate impeachment process for removing Justice Soumitra Sen.
