Singh and Dinesh Bhatt dismissed the bail pleas of Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam in the Delhi riots larger conspiracy case. Critics call it six years of jail without trial. But the Delhi Police and court records say the delay is the defence's own making. Tonight we look at the court record and ask two questions. First, why can't any court grant them bail right now?
