Party mood: Is Sunburn on in Goa this year?
Will Sunburn return to Goa this year? Well if you ask organisers of the two-day music fest, the answer is yes. They are confident despite a ban by the Goa government on all beach parties between December 23 and January 5. The Goa government had banned parties citing security concerns. But organisers claim Sunburn has been exempted because it's held on private property.
