Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah took a jibe at Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, alleging that the Election Commission “gave West Bengal to the BJP as a gift.” Abdullah also said Kumar should be awarded the Bharat Ratna and made President.
