20 people were killed in a fire at SUM Hospital in Bhubaneswar. Details have now emerged of how the last fire safety audit was done in 2013 and SUM Hospital failed to implement the required changes. There around 1700 hospitals in Odisha but only four of them have fire safety certificates.
