Historian Nick Booker Downplays BRICS Food Debate, Focuses On India's Culinary Diversity

As the debate over the BRICS gala dinner menu continues, historian and IndoGenius co-founder Nick Booker said the focus should remain on the summit's larger achievements rather than the food served. Speaking to NDTV, Booker noted that India's rich culinary traditions include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines and that menu choices are best left to organisers. He said the summit demonstrated India's growing ability to bring together world leaders, projecting its civilisational heritage, cultural influence and diplomatic reach on the global stage.
