"MCD With AAP, Why Nothing Changed?" Delhi Resident On Rain Woes

Year after year, Delhi sees intense waterlogging during monsoon. Earlier, the AAP government blamed the MCD for poor infrastructure as the BJP ruled the civic body till last year. But 7 months after the AAP took charge of the MCD, the waterlogging situation has gotten worse, according to residents. A resident who works as a guard says he walked through knee-deep water and was drenched due to waterlogging.
