Delhi's monsoon woes are back. Heavy rainfall flooded roads, submerged key stretches and triggered massive traffic jams across the city. With areas such as Kapashera and Badarpur badly affected, commuters faced severe disruptions. The capital has also recorded its highest August rainfall in 15 years, receiving 127 mm of rain in just the first week of the month.
