The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned that intense spells of rain are likely to continue through the day, raising the risk of localised flooding in low-lying areas. Civic agencies remain on high alert, while residents have been advised to avoid unnecessary travel and waterlogged stretches as the capital braces for more rain.
