The parents of the Delhi braveheart today said the conviction of four of the men who had gang-raped and brutalized their daughter gave them hope and should be an example to others. "The verdict has given us some hope," said the mother of the 23-year-old physiotherapy intern who died 13 days after the brutal assault on December 16. "We hope the sentencing tomorrow will be a historic decision and will put fear in the minds of those intending to commit such a crime."
