Assam Budget Session: Akhil Gogoi's Life Jacket Protest Over Guwahati Floods
Raijor Dal MLA Akhil Gogoi staged an unusual protest outside the Assam Legislative Assembly by wearing a life jacket on the opening day of the Budget Session. The protest was aimed at highlighting the recurring flash floods and artificial flooding in Guwahati and his constituency, Sivasagar.
