Anti-Corruption Raids Rock Tamil Nadu: KN Nehru Premises Searched

Tamil Nadu's Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) has conducted searches at 19 locations linked to senior DMK leader and former minister K N Nehru and his brother. The searches are linked to alleged irregularities in the award of tenders under the Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department during the previous DMK government. While MK Stalin and the DMK have called the action politically motivated, the BJP has welcomed the raids and demanded strict action if wrongdoing is established.
