Slain journalist Rajdeo Ranjan's wife Asha Ranjan has lodged an FIR alleging threats received asking her to back out from pursuing a case against RJD strongman and former Siwan MP Mohammad Shahabuddin in connection with the killing of her husband who was a working with a prominent vernacular newspaper.

The wife of murdered journalist Rajdeo Ranjan today moved Supreme Court seeking transfer of probe and trial in the case to Delhi from Bihar's Siwan alleging that media reports have shown two absconding killers of her husband in the company of recently-released RJD leader Shahabuddin and Bihar Health Minister Tej Pratap Yadav.
