Ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) lawmaker Prabhat Biswal was on Tuesday arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the Seashore chit fund scam in Odisha. Mr Biswal was picked up late last night from his Cuttack residence and declared arrested in the morning.
