A Gurugram court on Saturday granted bail to Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav in a case of assault against YouTuber Sagar Thakur alias Maxtern, said police.

Gurugram Police has called Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav for questioning after he was filmed assaulting a YouTuber.

Popular YouTuber Sagar Thakur, widely known as "Maxtern," has accused Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav of brutally attacking him during a late-night meeting in Gurugram.

Days after a video of him beating a YouTuber - Sagar Thakur, a.k.a. Maxtern - went viral on social media, Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2 and also a YouTuber, justified his actions in an Instagram video and said he was set up.

Sagar Thakur, a YouTuber who goes by the name "Maxtern", on Friday alleged that he was "brutally attacked" by Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav.

The video was posted on December 8 and it has wowed social media users.

The video was shared by Pune City Police on Twitter and the constable in the video is Sagar Ghorpade.
