INDIA bloc candidate and Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu's wife Kamlesh Thakur today won the Dehra assembly bypoll in Himachal Pradesh while the alliance's AAP secured the Jalandhar West seat and Trinamool Congress took two in West Bengal.

The ruling Congress emerged victorious in the bypolls to the Phagwara and Jalalabad assembly segments on Monday.
