The issue of land acquisition is slowly turning into a major headache for the Mayawati government in Uttar Pradesh. The Allahabad High Court on Tuesday, in another major setback for the state government, scrapped the latter's decision to acquire 589 hectares of land in the Patwari village in Noida Extension.
