Congress leader Narayan Dutt Tiwari was reprimanded today for "open contempt of court" because of his attempts to duck a paternity test. Angry judges at the Delhi High Court said that on Monday, court officials will decide when Mr Tiwari, now 86 years old, will have to submit his blood sample.

Court tells ND Tiwari to give DNA sample, police can intervene

The High Court today ordered veteran Congress leader ND Tiwari to undergo DNA test in the paternity case against him. The High Court bench observed today that if Mr Tiwari does not cooperate, police action can be sought to compel him for the test.
