A 69-year-old Briton collapsed and died just minutes after fulfilling a life-long ambition to climb Africa's highest mountain peak, Mount Kilimanjaro. Businessman Alistair Cook had just sent a text message to his wife Vicky, telling her his achievement when he suffered a fatal heart attack, the Daily Express reported.
