Madhya Pradesh Pre-medical Test

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has granted conditional bail to nine former officials of private medical colleges accused of cheating, forgery among other offences related to pre-medical test PMT-2013 for admissions to MBBS course.

Central Bureau of Investigation has filed a charge-sheet against 160 more accused, including chairmen of three medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh, for allegedly rigging 2013 Pre-Medical Test in multi-crore Vyapam examination and recruitment scam.

The CBI has filed a supplementary chargesheet against 73 accused persons for alleged cheating in the Madhya Pradesh Pre-Medical Test (MPPMT), 2012 held through Vyapam, officials said on Thursday.

The CBI has arrested Bhopal's L.N. Medical College Chairman J.N. Chouksey in connection with admission irregularities pertaining to the Pre-Medical Test 2012 conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board or Vyapam, an official said on Thursday.

The CBI has filed a chargesheet against a candidate and a middleman for allegedly helping 29 examinees in getting admission to MBBS course through forgery and impersonation in pre-medical test conducted in 2008, 2009 and 2011 by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board also known as Vyapam.
