The Punjab and Haryana High Court today, ordered a stay in the proceedings of 15-year-old Junaid Khan's murder trial which has been going on in the Faridabad sessions court. The stay was ordered after Junaid's father, Jalaluddin, filed a petition at the Punjab and Haryana High court seeking a CBI inquiry on December 2.
