New Supreme Court bench to monitor 2G case

After the retirement Justice AK Ganguly, one of the judges monitoring the 2G spectrum scam case in the Supreme Court, Chief Justice of India has constituted a new bench to hear the case. Justice GS Singhvi who delivered judgements in 2G case will head the bench along with Justice AK Patnaik.
