The Rajasthan government has allotted 320.42 acres of land to Mohanlal Buladevi Ojha Gaushala, a private trust, to develop the first cow sanctuary of the country in Napasar in Bikaner district, said Ashok Vij, joint Director, Animal Husbandry, Bikaner.
