A 13-year-old boy was allegedly beaten to death by personnel of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in Jharkand's coal city Dhanbad on Friday, police sources said. According to police, the boy was found dead near Ghanawadih colliery of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) situated under Jharia coal belt.
