The Special Court for CBI cases has ordered issue of summons to Emaar scam accused and directed for their appearance before it on March 30 when they would be handed over copies of charge sheet.

APIIC deprived of Rs 43.5 crore in township project says CBI

The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation was deprieved of a legitimate revenue share of Rs 43.5 crore from the Integrated Township Project, developed jointly with Emaar Group at Gachibowli, while Emaar Properties and Emaar Motor and General Finance secured "undue pecuniary gain" of about Rs 167 crore.
