PIL filed in High Court bench

Madurai: A person whose two children became unconscious allegedly after being administered paracetamol injection at a Primary Health Centre in Theni district, has filed a petition in the Madras High Court Bench here,seeking compensation.

M. Selvaraj (32),the petitioner from Erathimakaalpatti village in Andipatti Taluk, also sought a detailed probe into the January 21 incident.

Another petition has also been filed against the same Primary Health Centre by the parents of a 10-month old baby who had died allegedly after being administered the injection the same day.
