Real Estate Developers, Immigration Consultants From Over 10 Countries To Participate In IREX 2026

The 27th edition of the International Real Estate Expo & IREX Residency & Citizenship Conclave will be held on 23 and 24 October 2026 at Le Meridien Hotel, New Delhi. The two-day event will bring together international real estate developers, immigration consultants and legal experts, offering Indian investors an opportunity to explore overseas property investments and residency and citizenship-by-investment programmes across the world.

The exhibition will feature over 20 companies presenting investment opportunities in more than 10 countries, including the USA, UAE (Dubai and Sharjah), Greece, Portugal, Austria, Georgia, France, Germany, Malta, Latvia, Italy and Spain, among others. More than 1,000 visitors, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners and prospective overseas investors, are expected to attend.

IREX will showcase a range of international residential and commercial properties, luxury developments and investment-linked residency programmes. With investment opportunities starting from approximately Rs 2.5 crore, the event is aimed at Indian investors looking to diversify their portfolios, acquire overseas property or explore residency options for themselves and their families.
