Patna:
Police arrested a man and his wife for trying to immolate themselves near the Kargil chowk in Patna on Tuesday.
The two were arrested as soon as they poured kerosene on themselves, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Alok Kumar said.
The couple hail from Bakarganj locality in Patna and alleged to the police that that atrocities by the police had prompted them to take the extreme step, he added.
