Mr Hudson was arrested after driving erratically in a stolen vehicle. A high-speed pursuit that crossed state lines finally came to an end after one of the vehicle's tyres deflated. Local media reports that Mr Hudson has been charged with three felonies and a handful of other misdemeanors.
WCMH-TV Columbus reports that according to his criminal record, Mr Hudson has previously been convicted of at least four felonies in Washington state.
But all the Internet wants to know is why Mr Hudson's parents named him "Fellony":
How do you look at your 7 pound tiny baby wrapped up in a blanket and decide to name it Fellony?— Kay... (@SmartsAndSpunk) July 25, 2017
"We should name him Felony""Doesn't that mean a crime?"
"Yeah, you're right. What about Fellony?"

Nothing good comes from naming your child, "Fellony." That extra "l" won't spare him. https://t.co/xoT2xy5ijM— miss donna! (@mizdonnapaz) July 23, 2017
