Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Jammu and Kashmir today, his first after becoming the Prime Minister. Mr Modi's first stoppage will be Jammu where he will inaugurate a rail link between Katra and Udhampur, connecting the Vaishno Devi shrine with rest of the country.
